The AmericanaFest Day Stage returns this week with live broadcasts and webcasts from Nashville, offering fans a front-row seat to three days of performances. AmericanaFest Day Stage programming will stream from Wednesday to Friday, with all sets scheduled in Central time.
World Cafe is teaming up again with Roots Radio WMOT in Nashville, NPR Music and Nashville PBS to present the shows. “We’re excited to be partnering once again with World Cafe affiliate WMOT and the Americana Music Association for the ninth annual AmericanaFest Day Stage. The lineup this year reflects a broad range of musical styles that all find a welcome home at Americana,” said Bruce Warren, World Cafe’s executive producer.
This year’s AmericanaFest Day Stage will air from Eastside Bowl in Madison, Tennessee. WMOT’s audio and video crew will anchor the production, working alongside student technicians from Middle Tennessee State University, supported by the MTSU mobile production truck.
