According to team officials, Hawaiʻi is rebuilding its front five around preseason Mountain West Offensive Player of the Year Micah Alejado. Coaches say Henderson, a redshirt sophomore tackle, has emerged as a key piece as the unit forms its identity ahead of the 2026 season.
The line spent Monday honing protection schemes and timing, emphasizing communication and continuity as the depth chart takes shape. Staff noted that Henderson’s development has been a bright spot, pointing to his footwork and consistency in pass protection as areas of growth.
